Return and Refund Policy
At For the Eighth Time, we strive to deliver high-quality digital products and consulting services. Due to the nature of these offerings, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not permitted once a purchase is completed.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We understand that technical issues can arise. If you experience a problem with accessing your digital product or have concerns about your service, please contact us at contact@fortheeighthtime.com. We will work with you to address any technical difficulties promptly.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
As all products offered by For the Eighth Time are delivered digitally or involve consulting services, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please reach out before purchasing if you have questions about our products or services.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to:

Online digital content, such as a song or movie, that you started downloading or streaming after you expressly agreed to lose your right of withdrawal by starting the performance

For customers in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for digital products only if the download or service has not begun. By completing your purchase and accessing the product or service, you agree to waive this right.
